Anti-Agile

I am seeing a few (see here Good Agile, Bad Agile) blogs that are anti-Agile. Some of it I even agree with.

I posted a reply to Jeff Atwood's recent article on this subject.

My take on all this is that a lot of damage has been done to Agile by those who engage in evangelising development approaches. I have no problem with Agile as long as it sticks to its core of people and relationships. I have a lot of trouble with it when people start talking about their being an agile process. Agility is about adaptability and doing what works in your environment. It is not about process with a capital P.
